I'm a psychotherapist and have been in private
practice since 1987. I also present seminars & workshops
internationally. My goal is to assist a person (whether in
therapy or at a seminar) to achieve a higher level of
emotional well being, so they can live their lives with a
feeling of joy and contentment. I became a psychotherapist so
that I could help people to realize that they have the power

I have been using a variety of energetic
techniques to support and coach my clients for over 16 years.
Nothing impressed me more than the positive changes I have
witnessed applying EFT on myself and in my practice. I am very
passionate about EFT and love teaching it during private
consultations and in group settings. Having had some traumatic
pregnancies myself, I feel very grateful that I am able to
offer EFT to stop pregnancy worries and to help the future
mother AND father move through their fears and doubts of

As a psychotherapist, I have integrated EFT in
treating most problems presented to me by my adult clients:
problems of anger, anxiety, PTSD, fears, inhibitions, etc, as
well as an array of physical problems from migraine to
allergies to food or pollen, addictions, menstrual cramps,
fear of height, etc. Sometimes a problem is eliminated in
30secs, while others that present many aspects and are more
complex can take many sessions to work thru. I ALSO WORK IN

I facilitate groups with EFT and
hypnosis. With weight-loss, we attack the
emotional drivers that cause the weight gain. I have
weekly groups where we tap (EFT) using group energy to solve
any problems. It is astounding how 2 or more
people in the group will have the same problem. Everyone
feels good at the end of the session. I also see clients
individually if they want privacy in solving personal
issues. |

During your first appointment, we
will discuss in detail your past medical history, family
health history, the nature of your personality as well as your
concerns and complaints.
Once treatments start, we will be
using applied kinesiology (muscle testing) to determine what
methods to use and in what order that would best suit your
complaints. Using your body's wisdom, we will determine if we
can access the cause of your complaints or whether we need to
clear other blockages first.
Generally sessions last about
15 minutes but can take up to 45
minutes.
