My energy practice consists of Emotional Freedom
Techniques and the energy modalities of Reiki, Healing Touch
and Polarity. Sometimes a healing touch session leads into EFT
as I intuit the client's problems. I also teach yoga in group
classes or individual. I find all energy techniques very
similar leading to emotional and physical
