I teach Reiki and EFT in Israel. In my practice I combine EFT Sessions with Reiki treatments. My clients come with various problems, including Phobias of all types, childhood Traumas, kidney disease, cancer, etc.

Rachel, a young woman visiting Israel, came to my office suffering from fear of heights. She had just returned from a trip in the dessert hills. She could not climb the hills without the help of her best friend who had to hold her and reassure her all the way up. When she was up the hill she could not look down to see and enjoy the view.
We had an EFT session where we climbed the mountain again with our imagination and stopped every time the fear went up. We "reached" the top and she could "look" down.
A week later Rachel returned home to the states. The flight was pleasant for her and she did not get any of the fear of heights - she was so happy.
