 Ever since I learned about EFT I have used it for myself and started using it with clients two months after reading the manual and looking at the videos (I have all 6 sets). What made me change my mind from using other methods is the complete freedom we all get from Gary to practice this "very forgiving system" as he puts it and the generous energy surrounding EFT. I'm totally convinced and have seen many immediate results. One thing EFT helps us with is the ability to go so deep that clients, whether they have some resistance or not, soon understand what ails them which has to do with their negative emotions.
