For Introductory
Level
This fast-paced, fun and professional
presentation combined with experintial exercises will
give a good base for this technique and its many uses. You will have opportunity
to practice these methods and ask questions. You will leave the
workshop with new and increased skills that you can start using
that very day! The process is easy to learn, and extremely
effective for all types of trauma and phobias. These techniques
offer a quick, effective and drug free way to eliminate anxiety
and other emotional issues, reduce physical ailments as well as
long-term traumas.
For Level 1
These approved Level 1
training workshops will enable you to use EFT (Emotional Freedom
Techniques) as a tool to resolve negative emotions such as
anxiety, guilt, anger, phobias, depression and cravings. You will
also be able to apply EFT to many physical symptoms as well.
On this one-day workshop, you will understand and
learn how to use EFT, with lots of opportunity for practice,
asking questions and having fun. Starting with basic principles,
you will build your learning to a highly effective level meaning
that you leave feeling skilled and inspired!
For Level 2
This Approved EFT workshop satisfies
the training criteria laid down by Gary Craig. It is intended for
therapists, counselors and other health care workers wishing TO
learn powerful new approaches for working with clients. The
training course is designed to advance your skills in EFT to a
significantly higher level preparing you to practice EFT with
confidence and incredible success.
At the end of the training course you
will be able to:
- Work with clients to release negative
emotions from memories, events and
trauma
- Use EFT to undo limiting beliefs and
achieve outcomes
- Explain to clients how to apply the
techniques
- Test the results of your
work
