The National Alliance for Emotional
Health was founded by Lindsay Kenny, Life Coach, Master EFT
Practitioner, and Workshop Facilitator. NAFEH is a
collaborative effort from EFT practitioners and Meridian
Therapists throughout the world. We are dedicated
to helping others via of the remarkable process call Emotional
Freedom Techniques, or EFT (and other 'sister' energy
therapies). For more information about EFT visit our

NAFEH provides support and service
for those seeking Emotional help and healing. Through our commitment, experience, and caring we hope to
establish relationships with the public that can last a
lifetime! Please let us know if there is any way we can help you.

Lindsay Kenny,
Founder and Exec. Director of NAFEH
Lindsay has been involved in personal growth and
transformation for many years, or as she often says, “Since I was a
fetus”. Actually
Lindsay was 12 when she loved helping others and decided she
wanted to become a therapist when she grew up. However, when her father
died in her arms at the age of 14, Lindsay knew her life would never
be the same. The support she cherished and the education she sought
would no longer be available.
A
dysfunctional relationship in 1974 propelled Lindsay into taking a
closer look at relationships and the choices we make in life. She began studying
Psycho-Cybernetics, in Phoenix, which was her first step on the path
of personal transformation of herself and others. In 1980 Lindsay participated
in a powerful personal growth training called LifeSpring. It
had such a huge impact on her life that she ended up working for
LifeSpring as a trainer/facilitator, in the San Francisco Bay
Area. From there she
started her own personal growth training company while studying
Neuro-Linguistics Programming with Tony
Robbins.
In the mid-80s
Lindsay also developed her own relationship matchmaking company in
Phoenix called The Professional Connection. Lindsay counseled
singles on relationship matters helping them find (and keep) their
life partners. During
her 6 years as a “matchmaker” she helped over 70 couples find and
marry their mates.
While doing research to start that business in 1986, she met
Jack Kenny, to whom she’s been happily married since 1988.
The 90s took Jack
and Lindsay back to Northern California and brought Lindsay “home”
spiritually. There she
felt she could do her best work and continued helping singles via
relationship workshops and counseling. About that time she also
tapped into her artistic talent, and started doing abstract
paintings. In her
"spare time" she opened her own gallery in Sausalito, across the bay
from San Francisco.
Lindsay's true love, however, was always in helping others,
so she continued counseling those with weight, relationship
or other emotional issues.
A personal physical
crisis in 2000 helped introduce Lindsay to EFT, which changed her
life in a most profound way.
Lindsay believes EFT not only saved her life but also gave
her the means and ability to affect the lives of others with this
most extraordinary “tool”.
“In all my years of working with people and dealing with my
own challenges, EFT is the most amazing and effective tool I’ve ever
seen for emotional healing and transformation” she
says.
Currently
Lindsay has an EFT practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. She
also conducts EFT workshops throughout northern
California. Lindsay also does ongoing pro-bono
workshops for organizations such as the Marin Women's Services (for
drug and alcohol rehabilitation), Joie de Vivre University, The
Vintage House, (a retirement center in Sonoma County) and other
non-profit groups. In 2002 Lindsay established the
National Alliance for Emotional
Health
as another way to reach out to those who need assistance.

Important note: While EFT has produced
remarkable clinical results, it has only been used in its current
form since 1992, and thus is still in the experimental stage. Therefore users of EFT or
other energy therapies discussed on this site must take complete
responsibility for their use of it. Since it is virtually
impossible to thoroughly screen all of our practitioners listed
here, we must rely on information provided to us. Users of
this site are asked to be responsible for their own choices in
selecting a practitioner. By continuing to use this site you are
acknowledging that NAFEH cannot be responsible for the success of
your treatment or the relationship with your therapist or
practitioner.
Although EFT has no
side-effects it has been known to bring peace of mind, relaxation, a
brighter outlook, better health, more energy and focus, added
self-esteem, and to relieve stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and a
multitude of other ailments and issues. Lindsay Kenny and many other
practitioners listed on this site are not licensed health care
professionals. They do, however, care greatly about the
welfare and health of their clients. Often results are realized from
EFT and other energy therapies that have not been achieved through
other methods or
therapies. |
